Directly after law school, Mr. Sullo established and operated a successful solo practice in Illinois, where he represented ind​ividuals and corporate entities in all aspects of the purchase and sale of residential and commercial real estate, including extensive work involving title insurance related issues.  In addition, he has represented individual investors in connection with the acquisition or disposition of real estate projects, management agreements, construction contracts, and financing document, as well as the formation of various corporate entities, including the preparation  of shareholder agreements, operating agreements, bylaws, and partnership agreements. 

 

Mr. Sullo also has extensive experience with tax and estate planning, including the drafting of wills, trusts health care and property directives from his employment with a boutique Chicago estate planning firm during law school.

 

Mr. Sullo is currently specializes in handling defense of  consumer complaints as it relates to collection activity as well as compliance review and implementation for collection agencies, debt buyers and lenders. Mr. Sullo is a Chicago native who relocated to Nevada with his wife and two young children in 2009.
